The Downloads page includes software drivers for
our products. Please scroll down to select the model
that require drivers that you can download. Please
note computers using Microsoft XP often do not require
any drivers. If you can not locate the correct driver
please email technical support at support@seal-asia.net
Current Driver Downloads
For the following download you will be downloading
a self extracting zip file containing many files needed
for installation. To install, double click on the
self extracting zip file (e.g. pw5026.exe) to unzip
the needed files into a directory on your C: drive
(e.g. C:\ssc2). Locate the folder on your C: drive
containing the driver files and then view the readme.txt
file for installation instructions. If you need any

For the following downloads you will be downloading
a self extracting zip file containing many files needed
for installation. To install, double click on the
self extracting zip file (e.g. sfp150v2041.exe) to
unzip the needed files into a directory on your C:
drive (e.g. C:\sfp150). Locate the folder on your
C: drive containing the driver files and then run
(double-click) the setup.exe (Application) file. There
will be more than one setup file but make sure you
look for the file with the .exe extension and run
that one. If you need any more assistance please contact

[INSTRUCTION]
1. Download the file to a directory on your C: drive
(e.g. C:\temp)
2. Locate the folder on your C: drive containing the
driver files and then run (double-click) the USBSETUP98.exe
(Application) file.
8. Click "NEXT" to proceed. Follow instructions
to install driver.
4. Restart your PC.
For Mac OS X and Mac OS 9 no driver is needed. For
OS 8.6, the driver is NOT in the CD. Please refer
to the Apple's original web "Usb
mass storage support 1.3.5".
[TROUBLESHOOTING]
If USB MP3 player not detected by your PC:
1. Check if the USB cable is damaged or the connection
is correct.
2. Check if the "Hold" switch is on position.
3. Check the driver installation. Uninstall and reinstall
the win98 USB driver as instructed.
4. Check if there is enough space in the PC memory.
5. PC does not support USB function. Please check
the motherboard feature.
